This test is given to students before entering the Longview Corporate Automotive Program.  For more information about the Automotive program, please call Stan Abrahamson at 816-672-2433.

You must have completed a MCC application for admissions prior to testing.  If you have not completed one, you may download and submit the application.  Please click here: and then click on Apply Now.

Also, you will be required to take the Placement Test in English, Reading and Math, along with the Bennett test.  For more information on placement testing and sample questions, please click here .   If you have taken the ACT test in the last two years, you may be able to use the English, Math and Composite scores in place of  testing.  If you have not submitted your ACT's to the Student Data Center, please bring a copy of the score report when you come to test.  If you have college level credit in English or Math with a grade of "C" or better, you may not be required to take the Placement Test.  Please send your transcript to the Student Data Center for evaluation before testing:

If you are coming to test within two weeks after submitting your transcript, please bring a copy with you when you come.

The Bennett and Placement Test are given on a walk-in basis anytime during the following hours:

Monday:    9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

                3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday:    9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

                 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Thursday:    9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

                  2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Friday:        9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

*Testing times may be subject to change due to weather conditions, school closings, spring and holiday breaks and technical difficulties.  If you are traveling some distance or taking off work, it is advisable to call first to make sure the testing office is open.  Please call 816-672-2145.
