Schedule and Cohorts

Gen Ed disciplines as well as CTE programs will follow a four year program review cycle using an alternating semester format. Gen Ed disciplines will start their work in August of a given academic year, culminating with a report to the Vice Chancellor of Instruction/CAO of the college as well as a presentation to a select District Leadership Group and/or to the DICC in April - May of that same academic year. CTE programs will start their work in January of a given academic year, with a report to the Vice Chancellor of Instruction/CAO of the college as well as a presentation to a select District Leadership Group and/or to DICC in November - December of the next academic year.

The following highlights the Discipline/Program Review schedule for all Gen Ed disciplines as well as all CTE Programs.

  • Cohort 1: Work begins Fall 2019 with Report due Spring 2020
    • Biology, Economics, Engineering, Foreign Language, and Physics
  • Cohort 2: Work begins Fall 2020 with Report due Spring 2021
