Carole
Gilmore teaches all levels of Spanish at PVCC;
she also teaches French. She is currently the only
full time faculty member teaching foreign languages.
Carole
holds a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Missouri,
Columbia. She has also studied at the National
University of Mexico, the University of Spain in
Madrid, the Monterrey Institute of Monterrey, Mexico,
and at the Institute of Mexican-Northamerican Studies
in Mexico City.

Juanan
has taught public school in Texas, Illinois, and
Kansas, but says that she finds teaching at PVCC
the most rewarding experience in her teaching career.
She has taught in the Applied Language Institute
since 1992. She is committed to helping ESL students
gain the best educational experience possible as
they prepare for university studies.
Juanan
has a Master's in Education (Specialty in TESOL)
from the University of Kansas.
