Defective Material Report Module
The Defective Material Report module enables you to record and track materials within your system that have been labeled as defective. The record contains information on the related vendor (if the material is vendor-provided), a description of the deficiency and what action steps are required for the product. Data can be viewed by product or by vendor and reported in these groupings as well.
Reports
There are a variety of reports available that summarize the DMR and DWR information in different ways, accessible through the main menu. These reports are:
- DMR Summary--displays all information on each individual DMR record. (One record per page.)
- DWR Summary--displays all information on each individual DWR record. (One record per page.)
- Vendor DMR Summary--groups DMR data by vendor (displays all vendors who have attributable DMR records).
- DMR--Match Criteria--displays a form from which a user can select any combination of criteria to display specific records.
- Select Vendor DMR Summary--groups DMR data by a specific vendor (prompts user to select a vendor).
- Open DMRs--displays DMRs that do not have an entry in the Completion Date field.
- Open DWRs--displays DWRs that do not have an entry in the Completion Date field.
