Corrective / Preventative Action Module

The Corrective Action module enables you to write and track corrective and preventive action requests as well as internal and customer complaints. These CARs (Corrective Action Requests) and PARs (Preventive Maintenance Requests) can be created and then are subsequently monitored and responded to by the appropriate individuals or departments.

Depending on your level of access, you will be able to view and/or maintain corrective and preventive requests, customer complaints, internal complaints, as well as print a summary and filtered reports.

Reports

There are eight reports available in the Corrective Action module, accessible from the Corrective Action main menu. These include CARs Requiring Initial Review, CAR:Initial Review Past Due, PARs Requiring Initial Review, and PAR:Initial Review Past Due.
