To get priority consideration for financial aid, file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid by April 1. See button below right. MCC’s federal code is 002484.

You can afford college! Start with an affordable one: MCC. Estimate your cost. Then explore the many MCC choices-grants, loans, scholarships, veterans benefits and more- to fund your education.
Most aid is either:
Merit-based. Awarded to a student with certain skills, talents or characteristics regardless of
family financial situations . . .
or . . .
Need-based. Awarded to a student to cover the difference between what college costs and what the family can reasonably afford to pay. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the key to this aid and determining the expected family contribution (EFC).
Apply ASAP! Funds are limited. The earlier you apply, the better your chances of receiving funding.
A+ Students
If you miss priority financial aid dates, you may still receive a tuition refund if you enroll and complete your financial aid file by these dates.
