Overview

The Learning Center provides students opportunities to achieve their educational goals through one-on-one tutoring, handouts, computer tutorials and lab materials and equipment. The tutoring is free for MCC students. The Learning Center mission statement outlines our commitment to providing students with resources they need to reach their learning goals.

The Maple Woods Learning Center is comprised of two labs:

  • Reading-Writing Lab located in the Humanities building (HU-105)
  • Math-Science Lab located in the Math/Science building (MS-121)


Content tutoring for some other subjects is also available upon request: subjects vary by semester based upon tutor availability.
